Conditions

Weekly rentals only in July and August with Saturday arrival and departure

4 night minimum in June

2 night minimum at all other times

Above rates do not include a 10% tax (9% Lincoln County and 1% State of Oregon Lodging Tax)

Above rates do not include a $95 cleaning fee

A $200 refundable security deposit is required

Maximum number of occupants: 8

Maximum number of cars (excluding cars in the garage): 3

No motorhomes/RV’s are allowed

No smoking

No pets

Cancellations

Cancellations made prior to 45 days before the beginning of your stay: full refund less a $25 cancellation fee

Cancellations made from between 45 days to 3 days before the beginning of your stay: one (1) nights lodging will be charged

Cancellations made within 3 days from the beginning of your stay: two (2) nights lodging will be charged
